Fronteira Seeds is a specialist vegetable, fodder and grass seeds company serving famers across Southern Africa. We have prioritised the selection of Hybrid vegetable varieties to ensure we supply the farmer with varieties that offer him a good return as well as reduce its impact on our environment. We also supply the home gardner, subsistence and small farmer the Open Pollinated vegetable seed varieties, as these usually fit in with the economic needs.

The worlds population is expected to increase by 8 billion people by the year 2050. This means land will be become ever more scarce. This ill effect the Livestock industry more than any other agricultural sector, especially as the worldwide demend for meat increases. Fronteira Seeds has anticipated this problem and has introduced grass and fodder crops for livestock that will allow for mre livestock units per hectare, but simulataneously increasing the weight of each animal. These grasses and fodders have been selcted from Brazil and are well suited to our environment.

Fronteira Seeds has introduced a line of products such as Crop Guard and Driptech that are cost effective and well suited to the small and emerging farmer. These products also have a low impact on the environment and are affordable.
